HDZ whip: No reason to rescind law on financing of election campaigns

ZAGREB, May 9 (Hina) - Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) whip Branko Bacic said on Thursday that he did not see any reason why the Constitutional Court would rescind the Law on Financing Political Activities, Electioneering and Referendums, after opposition parties, headed by the Bridge party, submitted a request to test the constitutionality of the law as they consider it to be unacceptable for the law to have been passed in an election year.
