Former reserve police officer given 11 years for war crimes in Bosnia

ZAGREB, April 8 (Hina) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sentenced a former Bosnian Serb reserve police officer, Mico Jurisic, to 11 years in prison pending appeal, for war crimes committed against Bosniak civilians at the start of the 1990s war in the area around Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
