Union welcomes bankruptcy decision adjournment, says gov't decision positive if it doesn't mean bankruptcy

ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - Shop steward for metal workers at the Uljanik dock Djino Sverko on Thursday welcomed the decision by Rijeka Commercial Court to adjourn a bankruptcy hearing for the 3. Maj shipyard and believes that the government's decision, not to accept the proposed restructuring plan for the Uljanik Group but to remain open for seeking additional solutions for the two shipyards, is positive but only if that means that bankruptcy won't occur.
